Sitting and waiting.
So I’m sitting here in the airport about two hours before my flight departs. No delays yet thank god. I thought I’d be more freaked out by now but I’m just really excited to see what is out there.
Airport people are intersting, traveling is an everyday thing for them. I imagine it must get so mundane for them that to do it for leisure is just going through the motions. They must not get the joy of just being on a plane anymore.
I wonder if flight attendents traveling on vacations secretly mock the emergency procedures presentations of other flight attendants and other airlines.
“Oh those Southwest Air people puh-lease! Someone was sleeping in that class! She was holding the flotation device all wrong.”
Eh, they’re probably more snarky/witty than that.
